Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious, df444 reserves the right to temporarily hold it and request additional verification. If money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity is suspected, the associated account will be terminated.

Bonuses and Promotions

df444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which apply in addition to these general terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.

• The bonus is applicable only once and will be given on the first deposit only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonus time limits and game-specific restrictions may apply.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP program. Cashback rates by tier:

• Platinum: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Reaching a higher VIP tier depends on a member's regular activity and loyalty. df444 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits.

Fair Play Policy

df444 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles.

• All game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).
• No game outcome is altered manually.
• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed.
• In the event of a technical error, affected bets will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

If a connection is lost during play, the df444 system will process the active bet and record the result. df444 is not responsible for any loss caused by connection issues.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Termination

Voluntary Account Closure
